Orders
Order Processing:
- Mood Chef will process orders within 3-4 business days after you place your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Mood Chef reserves the right to refuse the order, and delay shipment in the event that the order cannot be shipped due to uncontrollable factors.
- Once an order has shipped, we will send an email to your contact email provided on the order with shipment tracking information.
- For customers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, please be sure to use the name on your ID card when filling out the shipping information.
- Customers from regions and countries other than Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, must fill in your shipping information in English. We cannot change the completed shipping information after check out.
- A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.
- We do not offer invoice notes.
Delivery:
- Our standard international shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days to arrive.
- Mood Chef is not responsible for carrier delays, delays due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping address cannot be changed for shipped items. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service
- At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
- It is not possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
Fees:
- Our standard international shipping fee is $9,
- The cost of shipping and taxes depends on your location. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout;
- Our shipping does not include any duties of a specific country.
Returns
- We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, if 14 days past your recipient of the item, we are unable to offer you a refund.
- For product exchange at this moment, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange. If you would like to change to a different size, color or item, a new order must be placed.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased from Mood Chef online store, if you purchased Mood Chef products from a retailer or a third-party platform, you shall consult with its return policy for relevant matters.
- To be eligible for a return, your item should not have been worn, used or washed. The item must also be returned with the original packaging fully intact, with the original labels or in-box accessories included.
- To request for a return, pls first contact us with your order number and the return reason, so our dedicated service team may better help you out.
- Not all items are eligible for returns, and our Non-returnable/non-refundable items includes:
- Gift cards
- Pre-order items
- Limited edition items
- Socks and shorts
- Discounted products (unless being noted as applicable for return)
Costs for Return
- Mood Chef store is not responsible for your return shipping costs. Refunds for returned items will only cover the item price amount, not including the original shipping cost.
- When filling any customs paperwork, we suggest describing the items as RETURN for personal use. Please note that additional duties, taxes may incur, and any additional charges that may incur and have to be paid to receive the returned package, will be deducted from the amount of the eventual refundable. (Unless the return was due to a product defect.)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-30 days.
- Please be noted shipping cost is not included in the refundable amount
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned items to arrive at our warehouse may vary, and we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if we don’t receive your turned items, we will not be able to grant you a refund.
- Please also retain a copy of your return receipt from your courier in case anything should happen during the return process.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Mood Chef store's error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after deliver
- Any items that are being return after delivery refusal by customer
